PAYMENT / DELIVERY

We offer FREE delivery in Australia (except WA) for orders over $100 (*Terms and Conditions apply). Otherwise, a $10 flat rate applies for orders under $100.

We apologise to our WA customers but due to the increase in shipping costs, we can no longer offer our free delivery option to Western Australia. 

*Electric Scooters can only be shipped within Australia and shipping is not included. The cost for shipping those items will be calculated based on the destination and we will require full payment before the order is shipped. Extra cost to be charged if you wish for your order to be sent via Express Post.

We use Aramex courier for most of our deliveries within Australia and Australia Post for International deliveries.

Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 1 to 10 working days depending where you are located and what your requirements are. Aramex doesn’t deliver to PO box addresses. If you have given us a PO box address for shipping, we will use Australia Post for delivery which might affect the delivery time. If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order. Please note delivery time might increase during holiday periods.

In the event no one’s home when the courier attempts delivery, a calling card will be left so you can contact the courier company directly and arrange a new delivery time. Alternatively, you can choose to have the courier leave the parcel at a secure place at the premises. Please include this information when placing your order. My Scooter Lab takes no responsibility for damage or missing parcels in this case.

Shipping cost for International deliveries is calculated based on destination, weight and size of the parcel. You have the option between Standard and Express shipping. If you feel the delivery cost calculated is incorrect, please contact us by email (sales@myscooterlab.com.au).
