You can pay for your order with Paypal, using your Paypal account.
Afterpay allows you to pay for your order in four instalments. You will be taken to the Afterpay checkout page and will need to provide your credit card details.
Redeem a Gift Certificate purchased for you from our website.
Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.
All prices are GST inclusive.
We offer FREE delivery in Australia and New Zealand for orders over $50 (*Terms and Conditions apply). Otherwise, a $10 flat rate applies in Australia and $15 for New Zealand orders.
*Electric Scooters can only be shipped within Australia and shipping is not included. The cost for shipping those items will be calculated based on the destination and we will require full payment before the order is shipped. Extra cost to be charged if you wish for your order to be sent via Express Post.
We use Fastway courier for most of our deliveries within Australia and eParcel International Express Courier for International deliveries.
Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 1 to 10 working days depending where you are located and what your requirements are. Fastway doesn’t deliver to PO box addresses. If you have given us a PO box address for shipping, we will use Australia Post for delivery which might affect the delivery time. If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order. Please take note delivery time might increase during holiday periods.
A signature on delivery is required for all orders so please make sure someone is at your shipping address during the day to sign. You can give us your work address as a shipping address if it makes things easier for you. Please just make sure you include the company/business name.
In the event no one’s home when the courier attempts delivery, a calling card will be left so you can contact the courier company directly and arrange a new delivery time. Alternatively, you can choose to have the courier leave the parcel at a secure place at the premises. Please include this information when placing your order. My Scooter Lab takes no responsibility for damage or missing parcels in this case.
Shipping cost for International deliveries is calculated based on destination, weight and size of the parcel.
